Description
The offices comprised 660m2 spread across basement and two floors. The brief entailed rebuilding the front wall to the property approximately 2.5m forward of its existing location over pavement vaults, removing the existing roof and adding an additional floor, relocating the stair and refurbishing the vaults to create dry facilities.

Innovations & Added Value
The final area was 980m2, an increase of more than 50 percent over the original. The design was based on a steel frame allowing the front wall to be removed.
