Devon and Cornwall Police ran a competitive procurement process for a developer to provide a site and high quality new police station for the town.

Innovations & Added Value
Initially involved as Chair of the Home Office Design Review Panel, there was subsequent close liaison with the selected developer and their architect to ensure that the final design met the high design expectations.
