Description
St. Bride’s was built 1671 – 1675, following the Great Fire of London. The Spire was built in 1701. The Church is a Grade I Listed Building designed by Sir Christopher Wren.
Innovations & Added Value
John Smith is currently the Inspecting Architect and has carried out several projects, strengthening and re-glazing of the east window, repairs to spire stonework, removal of asbestos insulation installed in 1957, quinquenial Inspection and several minor repairs and refurbishments.
